Steve is our Project Manager, bringing over 30 years of experience across a wide range of complex projects. He has been instrumental in the delivery of some of New Zealand’s most iconic high-rise developments, including Metropolis, Pacifica, the BNZ Building, and the Britomart. Steve oversees all stages of construction, ensuring each project is completed on time, within budget, and to the highest safety and quality standards. Justin is our Formwork System Technical Manager, responsible for the design, planning, and execution of safe and efficient formwork solutions. With extensive experience in foundation and structural works, he works closely with engineers, site teams, and subcontractors to ensure compliance with safety standards and project specifications. His technical expertise and leadership are essential in maintaining quality, minimising delays, and supporting successful project delivery.

JaEHEE Jung

Senior Site Manager

Jaehee is our Site Manager, responsible for overseeing daily construction activities and ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget. With extensive experience in site management, he leads on-site teams, coordinates subcontractors, and ensures all work aligns with project specifications and safety standards. YoungHee An

Site Manager

Younghee is our Site Manager with over 30 years of experience, specialising in in-situ concrete structural formwork. He manages daily site operations, ensuring work is completed safely, on time, and to a high standard. With strong expertise in concrete structures, foundations, and carpentry, Young leads site teams and coordinates subcontractors to maintain quality and efficiency. His hands-on leadership and problem-solving skills ensure smooth delivery and consistently strong project outcomes.

YongYeol KIM

Site Foreman

Yongyeol Kim is our Foreman with two decades of experience in structural concrete and formwork. He works closely with the Site Manager to lead on-site crews, coordinate daily tasks, and maintain high-quality workmanship. Yong brings deep technical knowledge in in-situ concrete and foundation work, ensuring every element is built to spec and completed safely. His hands-on experience, clear communication, and steady leadership help keep site operations efficient, productive, and on schedule.

Senior Quantity Surveyor

Vivian is our Senior Quantity Surveyor, with extensive expertise in cost management and project budgeting.
